How to: Change my contact details

You can update your email address or mobile phone number directly from the parent portal.

Step 1

Select the Tools > Update My Details link from the home page:

Alternatively, you may select the cog icon and from the drop-down menu select Update My Details

Step 2 Enter your new mobile number and/or email address in the fields provided

Step 3 Select Update My Details

An email will be sent to the school confirming your new details. The school may make contact with you to confirm you have requested these changes.
